Our 274 Fifth Avenue office commands a strategic presence in the heart of Midtown Manhattan between the Empire State and Flatiron Buildings. Located on Fifth Avenue, Intersections is close to the Garment and Flatiron Districts, the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, and Madison Square Park. Our facilities are easily accessible from multiple NYC subway lines and both the Grand Central and Pennsylvania Railroad Stations. Elegant, Sophisticated, Affordable Luxury. We provide our clients an accessible, elegant, and friendly environment with a range of facilities including conference room, gallery, lecture or performance space, comfortable reception area, event café, and easy access prep-kitchen. Our inviting glass front lobby is designed in a contemporary aesthetic with custom wooden reception desk, black charcoal tile flooring, modern furniture, and ramp. The reception leads into a transformable open space with theatrical lighting system, hard floors, black mahogany and clean line tables, and stable seating furniture. Additionally, the adjacent café area features granite countertops and space for food presentation.

Our services also include professional and friendly support staff and ADA accessibility.

Rental Spaces:

Book your next event or series of meetings in our centrally located Midtown Manhattan office. Our facilities showcase a sophisticated design that fuses together a contemporary and corporate office environment. The meeting spaces are available on a half-day or full-day basis and can accommodate up to 74 people.

  • Conference Room: For an intimate meeting, this fully furnished space includes black veneer table and credenza, wall mounted dry-erase boards, turbo light fixture, contemporary fine art, telephone, and internet access. This space can accommodate up to eight people.
  • Gallery, Lecture, & Performance Space: Fully furnished including flip charts, black veneer tables (optional), audio-visual capabilities, sound-system capabilities, microphones, LCD capabilities, hardwood floors, and podium. This open space can accommodate up to 74 attendants.
  • Café: Outside catering may be brought into any contracted meeting space. The café area includes disposable drinking and eating utensils, an extra large stainless steel under mount single barrel sink, filter water dispenser, double tier black granite counter tops, chic white metallic bar stools, and black charcoal tiled flooring. Client must make arrangements for set-up and removal of catering equipment.
  • Prep-kitchen: Furnished with stainless steel sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, laminate counter tops, coffee machine, three liter stainless steel airpot, ice bucket, serving cart, and storage space.
